Hi all,
still really enjoying my SD7 but now a question. I like to use a lead in, however some lead ins work best with 1 finger activation whilst others work better with a full chord activation. When the registrations are plentiful it is difficult to remember which react better to 1 finger or 3 fingers.
Also, whilst I am on the subject of lead ins and outs, some of the lead outs have some very strange endings like drums playing too long and an unexpected chord played right at the very end of the lead out.
I hope all you players out there can understand what I'm talking about.
Many thanks,
Alan

Alan, Which chord recognition are you using? I tried intros with 1 finger and also with a full chord and so far I can't tell a difference. I use Easy 1 chord recognition.

Hi Deane,
since my original post I have struggled to make it happen again. Like yourself, I have used all the finger modes and for me, settling with Easy 2 seems to be the best.
I have spent a lot of time digging deep into the operating system and now I wonder if I changed one of the perameters which caused the problem.
If it does happen again I will continue this thread.
Many thanks for replying Deane

Thanks Alan for the response. I have really learned to love my SD7. I am taking a serious look at the SD9 Pro but don't want to just order one without playing it first. Don't know yet how I will make that happen.
