I'm not sure retro nostalgia extends to the Sound Canvas and early E/RA arrangers! Maybe I'm wrong, but if you want the sounds of an SC-55 or an 88pro, you can probably pick them up used for far less than these!
I understand today's kids' mania for retro synths, especially the analog/hybrid era, but I haven't become aware of any particular nostalgia for the early sample-based budget boxes! Or early arrangers...
As depressed as the prices used for these things are, I don't understand how any kid today would spring for a brand new RA50/E70 compatible arranger when he could pick up a vastly superior used BK5/3 for the same money.
