Looks great but what happened to the after-touch? and balanced outputs?... i struggle to understand why this is missing when so much work has gone into devloping and producing (in there words) a pro keyboard like this and at this price point you would think this would be mandatory.... nevertheless i look forward to trying one of these out.

From this very good review : www.emusician.com/gear/review-korg-prologue-polysynthI think that answers it.. its all about making money and trying to keep costs low. I do agree that these 2 points work like sore thorns.. Part of the solution is make these synths all desktop units And work on a new stadard for digital audio over usb.. And then you can perfectly controll them from a keyboard like the montage Because thats perfect for comtrolling all you want to controll

Maybe they will sneak the after-touch in a later revision... stand-alone version with out the keys like the deepmind 12D would be nice still an intersting keyboard
